I have had bed bug problems for the past year on and off.Management has not done anything correct to fix this problem!exterminator only sprays pesticides that just make them movefrom infested\infected apartments and are also dangerous to my kids.I have not had a bed bug in the last 7 months in my apartment but have seen them in the apartment building{carpet seem near my doorway killed by DE foodgrade that i personally bought and applied throughout my apartment} and it has done the job.PROBLEM is that its not my apartment with the bed bug problem and i have been telling management about the problem and that the building needs to be heat treated but they refuse to do so.I have photos of the bed bugs from when i started having the problem to now when i recently just saw one yesterday crawling in my living room floor.my mother has moved out and got her own apartment back in Ny because she just cant deal with the managements way of dealing with the bedbug problems in our complex.THIS NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED ASAP!I refuse to allow me or my kids to stay in this apartment knowing these parasites are unhealthy and violate my living space!this has taken a toll on my family mentally and physically and we have reached our breaking point!
