COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Tenant of said apartment discovered she has an infestation of bed bugs and informed her landlord with in 48 hours. Landlord responded by informing tenant that it was her sole responsibility to have "her issue" taken care of by herself. She threw away all the beds in the apartment and called a pest control company to have them come out and the pest control company stated that it was pointless unless he has access to the whole multi-living unit containing more than 12 units. A week later the landlord was contacted by said tenants daughter to discuss the issue and she was told that he would discuss the complaint with his wife and any further discussion regarding this issue will be discussed with the tenants family member and himself.
