When I moved in a walk thru was never conducted. Lived in unit for three years Some household items were missing, broken, or never worked. Landlord has difficulty with repairs. I was a good tenant and paid rent on time. Provided landlord 30 day notice. Upon move out left unit clean and had carpets shampooed.
