I rented from this landlord for about 4 years. I was never late with my rent. when appliances broke like stove,I had to buy a new one and have it put in at my own cost and they has kept those things. When I informed him about mold under the carpets and all around the windows, he did nothing about it. Now that I have moved out,he refuses to return my $1000.00 deposit and refuses to return my calls. I also have the bank reciepts to prove the rent was never late, I also have a witness who spoke to this landlordon many occasions, who would attest to the fact she said what, "A wonderful" I was and how much they appreciated me being so on time with my rent every month, and also speaking to them about the mold issues.
