the colors in the rooms were like that since i moved in which was the reason they gave me 200 dollars off rent when i moved in,also the garbage was placed outside by the curb for the trash people to pick up not for them to pay some one to get it, they rushed me out of the house and told me a lie that the owner wanted to move back in, i spoke to the owner linda which called me and said that they had lied to both of us she dint want me out it was a lied done by shirley, the return check was waved at the time it happened she cant charge me for something wa back that she waved,there was no trash on the back of house or side or front garage had just alittle only cause she told me i had to turn in key by friday which was changed from saturday,they never fixed the ac in the house and i was 1 year without heater,they put nails on the counters to fix them and told me i dint need to have a diswasher,i have pictures of the poop that came threw my shower sink and bathrooms which they took for ever to fix and dint fix completely even the second time the rooter rooter guy said they dint approved the fix thats when she called to lie to me that i had to move out cause of the owner after speaking to the owner found out it was a lie

SYSTEM Mar 26, 2013 REFUSED RESOLUTION: The Landlord or Manager has REFUSED to resolve this complaint. The RPA has made beyond reasonable efforts to work with the Landlord / Manger to find a resolution to the complaint. Management has refused all reasonable measures to resolve this complaint. Due to the unwillingness from management , the RPA has no choice but to close this case with a negative disposition. Case Closed.

SYSTEM Jan 1, 2013 FROM THE CHAT MADE BY TENANT: 1. i just wanted to prove they are lying and the picture they uploaded that garbage infront of the house was left on curb for garbage people but people were going threw it to get stuff and everything and i have proof and my own pictures but i dont want to loose my responds cause i want to right it thought out well 2. these landlord i rented from have to be breaking the law they lied to me and the owner of the house it looks to me like they might get away with it 3. that the trash was put by the curb for the garbage men to pick up the diferent colors in the rooms were there before i moved for her to provide the lease and records of the first payment which was the month the deposit and you will see that she decducted 200 dollars off rent cause of diferent color paint and was told if i wanted house it was as is also 4.that i have pictures and witness and a copy of the certified letter she send me with the damages the recorded phone call with the owner linda which she tells me that they lied to both us and she knew nothing about the ac problem and the problem she was lied to like myself i was told by the owner linda that she got a phone call from them telling her that we wanted to move out which was a lied we just wanted things fix cause they wouldnt fix anything i have the letter from rooter rooter which they dint even pay for their service and also dint authorize full repair 5. i will be uploading pictures and anmes of witnesses plus of my neighbor 6. that the reason the garage was not fully cleaned she told me i had to turn keys in by friday because they were closing on saturday for the first time ever and i had to have my stuff out by friday
