COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I've made numerous complaints to Cindy about the bug problem she said that there would be a treatment done to my apartment,r I explained that the problem exisited in my bed room alone two months ago,now it has spread throughout the whole apartment. They are all over my couches. Two of my friends had to go to the doctor do to the bites and rashes from these bugs. I myself have to go to the doctor for treatment of these bugs. I've paid my rent on time for the past nine months and l've been living with this problem for the past three. I don't find this to be healthy or professionaI was also told that the owner has to give authority to ok and fix this problem and nothing has still been done. Cindy has seen the problem along with other issues of this particular apartment. I believe that I deserve to be treated with a lot more respect and trust I shouldn't have to live like this after making continueous complaints of something that was promised to be fixed.I can't sit on my furniture, I can't sleep in my bed. They crawl on me even on my floor. I have to take off for constant appointments to the doctor. I feel something should've been about this situation. I can't even move to a new location because the problem would carry with me. I have to get rid of all my furniture do to the lack of management and start over.
