COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

The old landlord sold the build.It told me and lori weeks before we found out who had the build.I gave jennifer a 37 days notice,I list my reasons for moving out.That place had mouse,peoples under me made so much noise, etc.She try to make me stay.I cant do it,My doctor wanted me on a lower level,That place had too many stairs for me.She never even sign and mail back the move out I told Lori I am going back home, I had to send it for her sign it and she mail it back to me,The day of the money she never came by,I had to get another ticket, So anybody would walk in there and mess the place up,I just lock the doors and mail back the keys, It took her over a month to get them. Lori said make sure you get your money back? I never did,I file small claim,She never answer the letter
