COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

The land lords failed to refund the deposit, or provide a list of deductions with in the allotted time under Arizona law. They also executed a wrongful eviction for something not stated in the lease agreement. I was served the eviction notice after the court date had already passed. They had stated in a conversations that they would not rent to tenants with children which is a direct violation of the fair housing act. They continually failed to give proper notice of entering premises. They entered premises at unacceptable times e.g. 0700am.
