COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I put down $495 for the apartment to be held but I ended up not renting the apartment. I never signed a lease. I informed the manager that I would not be moving in a couple of days before I was supposed to move in. I tried to get my deposit back. They told me I would have to wait 30 days and have been giving me the run around ever since. I think that returning my deposit is the right thing to do since I never even moved into the apartment and I informed them in advance that I would not be moving into the apartment.
