  1. $1600 (Security Deposit) PLus filling fees, and $3400 for side door I installed a few years back ....

I would like to receive my security deposit ASAP because it's been two months that I vacated the premise, and the current law in North Carolina only gives a minimum of 30 days to the landlord to either refund the deposit or provide an interim accounting within that 30 days period which never happened. I've never been late on rent therefore don't owe them any dollars amount.....All I want is my security deposit, and the price of the door plus labor amount which I hired a contractor to install back in 2010. The total amount I'm asking is $5000.000. Thanks
