They say that my husband and I are using 3300 gals of water a month and they are charging us for this usage. In November they said 11000Dec 11000 Jan 22000 and now 33000 gals of water they say we are using. We have had them come here numerous time to check the meter and they say it is working right but my husband and I both work 4-5 days a week there is just two of us that live here and there is just no way we could use 11000 gals of water let alone 33000 gallons of water in just one month. They say we have a leak we have no leak we have checked everything in our house and nothing is leaking the meter isnt running so we are not using the water. We would like them the change the meter and reimburse us for the over charge of the water bill since Nov.
