  1. Fix the leakage in the down stairs bathroom immediately been asking for a week now and nothing has been done!

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

My downstairs bathroom has been leaking from the ceiling for a week now. I contacted Bonnie at the management office and she claims someone was coming out and that was on Tuesday February 19th and still no one has come. Now the water from the ceiling is spreading causing water pockets in the bathroom walls and flooding on my floor to my kitchen area. I am highly upset cause now they is simply ignoring me. I called a few times afterwards, even told her to call me when she find out a date when someone will come and still nothing. Called today February 23rd someone picked up the phone and just held it for a minute and a half while I kept saying hello....hello. I called right back and got the answering machine telling them "I don't know what kind of games you all are playing but on Monday I will be contacting the Health Department. I pay $775 a month for the use of my house entirity not partially. I just want to live comfortable again.
