COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

No refrigerator for 47days thus far, no hot water for 7days. Numerous attempts to resolve issue through phone and emails text messages. Landlord has sent non licensed people to try to repair issues with no avail. This has caused a very unhealthy and stressful environment.
