COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter) |
Lerissa Jimenez
1435 Busch Blvd Suite A February 28, 2013
Tampa Florida, 33612
My name is Lerissa Jimenez, this letter is to inform you of the actions of Mr. Russ Versaggi with Versaggi Reality. I signed a twelve month lease on February 1, 2013. Two weeks prior to the lease Mr. Versaggi allowed me to move in early after the back ground check was final, at that time Russ had no problems with me or my business.
I received a message from Mr. Versaggi on February 2, 2013 that the owner of this property I have leased will not allow or tolerate a business such as mine and I must move out now. Russ was told by me there is a lease signed for a year my business is legal and licensed, I was not going anywhere. That was not what Mr.versaggi wanted to hear. For days Mr. Versaggi left messages, emails, and text repeating how I must relocate my business immediately. Mr. Versaggi has told me he has been instructed by the property owner to do whatever is necessary to get me out, that is just what he plans to do and I’m not going to like the repercussions.
Mr. Versaggi received a letter certified mail, from me explaining the cost of the business and the loss that would accrue if the business was relocated that if my cost of business and all loss was not rein burst I intended to for fill my lease. Mr. Versaggi replied to the letter and said, his check book does not open that wide. That he has contacted his issuance company and have them ready that he is covered if he were to be sued.
Mr.Versaggi continued with the harassing calls after business hours as well as weekends and holidays. Mr. Versaggi was told this has to stop the harassing calls and this is discrimination towards my business that is licensed and legal. Mr. Versaggi stated you and those women need to vacate the property or you will not be happy with the outcome he has in store for me. Mr. Versaggi has not only harasses me, discriminates against my business but also, discriminates us as (you women.) There are three other units rented in this plaza all to men. I have spoken to them and they have no problem with us being there.
Mr. versaggi is the one with the problem.
February 25, 2013 Mr.versaggi contacted me and said, if he don’t have a date of move out he then would get me out legally and I leave him no choice but to create big problems for me. I told him to stop this is enough do not call me anymore. February 28, 2013 Mr. versaggi contacted my references told them what he thought of my business and how I was being evicted by Mr. Versaggi at this time. I received phone calls from these people he called and had to defend myself and reputation of my business due to Mr. Versagg’s actions in slander. My rent has been paid four days early for the two months it was due, it was paid certified mail because I’m not sure what else Mr. Versaggi is capable of doing or saying.
I have documented every call, email, and voice mail Mr. Versaggi has left. I have NOT violated my lease but, now I have to out of pocket hire a lawyer in order to protect my rights.
