i owed burt 300$ in back rent and it took me almost 2 months to get ahold of him. once i did pay him off in full, i was told that there were damages done to the apartment. when i asked to see the list of damages i was then told he would have to find it in my file and send it to my current address. that was 2 weeks ago. i call and drive to the complex and he is never in the office and never answers the phone or return my calls. i have left several messages and nothing nothing in return. the day i paid him off i filled out a application to another apartment complex, they sent him a referance verification form and he has also not replied or returned that form in 2 weeks. but was in his office all day the day i paid him off. nwhat do i do to gett him to do his job.
