On March 1, 2013, Alan rented the house on S. ridge to Nickolas, Jessica, Ryan, and Raelyn. when we looked at the house it was clear that work NEEDED done. when we discussed this with Alal he had promised us that everything would be taked care of including providing us with electric heaters. Alan said he would have it cleaned out of his and former tenants belongings by Sunday, as well as having the plumbing and electrical fixed, painted and in livable condition including a source of heat. We had to purchase a kerosine heater just to paint, and clean. Monday March 4th we got the electric turned on and immediatly noticed a major electrical problem. We attempted to contact both Christine and Alan to get this taken care of and also to get a source of heat in the house for my children. We worked everyday to get the house livable for our children, Alan never came to help or fix anything like he said. On march 6th he told us he had an electrican and plumber coming and they never showed. On march 8th Alan said he would come fix it that night but needed a ride.I had to call off work in order to work around Alans' schedule. My husband and brother in-law waited at his house for about 4 hrs for him to come fix the electric. Alan asked them to come in but he never left his house, finally at 1:00am they just left him there. My attemps to contact you were not successfull, if we could have talked and worked something out this all could have ended better. I feel that we were being very patient with all of this. We had a home but could not live in it. After all we did for Alan, get him food, his mail and phone cards for walmart the last thing we expected was to get kicked out. Instead we get a text from Alan on march 8th saying that you want us out and for Alan to give us our money back because we complained about having no heat for 8 days. We spoke to Alan on the 9th and he said he would have our money on monday March 11th, now we can't get ahold of him and hes not returning our calls. I have had to get my job transferd to the ares in withich i no longer have a home. This has inconvienced not only my family but my job and cliants as well. My family put a lot of hard work, time and money into your house and we havent goten anything in return, not even a house to live in.
