I MICHAEL STARICH LIVE AT 621 TURTLE CREEK NORTH DRIVE APARTMENT 1 WITH MY PARENTS AND HAVE LIVED THERE FOR ALMOST 5 YEARS NOW. AFTER MOVING IN WE HAD NO PROBLEM UNTIL 1 YEAR OR SO LATER WITH THE UPSTAIRS TENANTS WHO LIVE IN APARTMENT 621 - 3 AND WHO ALSO CONSTANTLY MAKE NOISE. NOW I UNDERSTAND THAT NOTHING CAN BE DONE ABOUT SOME OF THE NOISE, BUT WHAT ABOUT THE VACCUMING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT? THE LAST TIME THOSE TENANTS HAD VACCUMED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WAS AROUND MARCH 14TH, 2013.
ANOTHER NOISE PROBLEM ME AND MY PARENTS HAVE BEEN HEARING FROM UPSTAIRS IS MOVING OF DIFFERENT THINGS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AROUND THIER KITCHEN AREA AS WELL AS OF PLAYING LOUD MUSIC IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. LAST NIGHT MARCH 15TH, 2013 THE TENANTS IN 621 - 3 HAD LOUD MUSIC (SOUNDED LIKE ROCK N' ROLL MUSIC) ON FROM LIKE 8PM TO 3AM.
FINALLY I DO UNDERSTAND THAT THEY CAN MAKE NOISE DURING THE DAY, BUT WHAT ABOUT THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT? I DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW THEY ARE GETTING AWAY WITH NOISE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. I LOOKED AT THE LEASE AND READ IT UP AND DOWN ABOUT NOISE VIOLATION. BTW: ON THURSDAY OR FRIDAY OF THIS PAST WEEK I HEARD SOUNDS OF LIKE A PARTY GOING ON UPSTAIRS, BUT I AM NOT SURE. HOWEVER IT WAS COMING FROM APARTMENT 621 - 3.
I NEED MY SLEEP FIRST OF ALL BECAUSE I GO TO WORK DURING THE DAY. WHEN I WATCH LIKE A MOVIE OR WHATEVER ON MY COMPUTER I ALWAYS USE EAR PHONES, BUT IF I HAVE TO USE EAR PHONES WHEN I WATCH MY MOVIES OR PROGRAMS THEN HOW COME THEY MAKE ALL THE NOISE THEY WANT? SO LIKE I SAID WHEN I HAVE TO GET UP FOR WORK I NEED A GOOD NIGHTS REST. SO I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF SOMETHING COULD BE DONE. ME AND MY PARENTS ENJOY IT HERE. IN MY OPINION THE TENANTS IN 621 - 3 ARE GOING AGAINST THE LEASE.
I CALLED THE POLICE OVER AND OVER, BUT THEY DID NOT DO ANYTHING. I TOLD THE PROPERTY MANAGER OVER AND OVER, BUT THAT DID NOT HELP EITHER. I TALKED TO AN ATTORNEY AND THAT DID NOT SOLVE ANYTHING. I EVEN TRIED TO LET THE TENANTS KNOW THAT THE NOISE WAS TOO LOUD IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND STILL IT DID NOT HELP. SO NOW ME AND MY PARENTS ARE RUNNING OUT OF OPTIONS. THE ONLY OPTION LEFT FOR ME TO DO IS FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THE TENANTS WHO LIVE IN APARTMENT 621 - 3, BUT I WANT TO SEE IF ANYTHING WILL GET DONE FIRST. THE ADDRESS OF THE UPSTAIRS TENANTS ARE: 621 TURTLE CREEK NORTH DRIVE APARTMENT 3 INDIANAPOLIS INDIANA 46227 AND THEIR NAME IS STEVE AULER.
