COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

We have bed bugs again, and are being told by our landlord that is our resposibiltiy to pay for the treatment, The first time we have bed bugs we did pay for the treatment. We assume that we got the bugs from a neighboring apartment. They were treated 5 month ago and we were checked at that time and did not have any bed bugs. We figure that the bed bugs got though to our apartment through the shared wall either through the base boards or outlets during the treatment of the neighboring apartment

Renter Mar 29, 2013 12.162.213.5 We do not accept that it is our fault, have not gone anywhere or brought any used items into our apartment. It is a proven fact that if you treat one apartment the bed bugs will just move unto another one. This is want happened to us. Neighbors had bed bugs we did not have any until after they had been treated. We have decided that our only option is take this issue to small claims court
