COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Roof leak reported since beginning of year. Fix not yet completed even though reported each time seen and at current time leak far worse with no adequate fix to date. (pictures and video for proof). Moving out because of issue getting worse when lease expires. Rental property demanding 2 months of rent after lease ends even though roof leak is cause for short notice ( 2 week) notice to vacate. Not seeking reimbursement for poor living conditions just dropping of the 2 month stipulation.
