COMPLAINT : Major repair Issues, Unlawful eviction, Harrasement
Fair Resolution according to renter :
  1. He has intentions on not fixing the property, slapping some paint on it and renting it to someone else this house
  2. if inspected is most likely condemable and its unfair and unlawful to rent to someone under the conditions of this
  3. home I would like to protect whom ever is renting this place after me and make sure proper repairs are done
  4. Im in the process of getting everything in order to move out but in the mean time I would like the landlord to stop
  5. harrasing me.

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

The landlord has refused to fix a leaking roof which he simple put a tarp over it and said that will do. The roof has caused mold throughout the entire house. The landlord refused to fix the septic system, when we flush the toliet it sometimes backs up in to the shower,when confronted he told us hes not fixing anything and we can find another place to live. He gave us an 8 day eviction notice taped to our door,and a demand of rent however we paid 1st and last when moving in which covers our last month there and I dont think we should have to pay considering the house is in such bad conditions. His roomate has been harrassing me and pounding on our door at all hours of the day and I have a baby who he woke up from a sound sleep on several occasions. The landlord has intentions to rent to another tennant, but this house just seems unsafe and over time I would assume is going to get worst. He also insists that we ONLY pay him in cash which makes me think he isn't claiming the rental income.
