COMPLAINT : Notified office management on 4-7-13 that I saw my first bedbug on 4-6-13.
Fair Resolution according to renter :
  1. Treat my apartment as soon as possible to rid of bed bugs.

I contacted office management the next day after discovering bedbugs. I think this should be treated as an emergency situation since the bugs are parasites and feeding off of me. I think the other apartments in my building and near mine should be investigated for bedbugs also since I feel they may have come from a new tenant or neighbor. I haven't slept for 3 days now since the discovery and feel this is affecting my health and this situation should be treated with a sense of urgency.
