I moved into the Reserve at Forest Hills on Saturday May 4th, 2013. On Sunday May 5th, 2013 I discovered multiple bite marks and rashes on my neck, upper back, lower back, and hip. Upon walking into the apartment for the first time I was unsettled by the musty smell, however, after further investigations of bed bugs and their signs and symptons I now recognize that the foul musty odor was a sign of a bed bug infestation. I behind left behind all my clothes, brand new blow up mattress, new memory foam pillow, and my blankets in fear of spreading any infestation any further. I am out roughly $3000 to $4000 dollars after one day of living in this apartment! I am currently filing this complaint in a hotel down the road.
