COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

We have lived at this residents for three years. We have complained about several issues through the time of ful-filling our lease. We have/had water leaking under the house do to bad plumbing, on many different occasions. Very possible, and probable chance of black mold in the plumbing- in the kitchen, bathroom. Our bathroom and kitchen cupboards are rotted and still rotting out, because of the drains leaking. At point there was a foot of standing water in the crawl space. Our garage doors are falling apart, the windows since the day we moved in- have never been fixed, so you can't open them which is a fire hazard. We can't vacuum without ripping the berber carpet up, the bathroom ceramic counter top being broke, do to the cabinet collapsing, and the bathroom vent fan- which has not ever worked properly (which was brought up to 3 different former A.I.M staff members.) We brought this to the 'managers' attention, and was told this was "an expected mold, that was more of a cleaning issue, on our behalf." We have been told on different occasions that it takes too much gas for maintenance to come out so often, for different complaints. We were told by A.I.M corp. that we would receive a phone call, to have heaters dropped off, (on one of the MANY occasions our heater went out) when returned home, heaters were set on our living room floor with no appointment set to meet, or any phone call. Like I mentioned at the beginning, we've signed several leases, and have always cooperated with A.I.M, never missed a months rent in this time period. I feel like we fulfilled our agreement to the fullest, and do not feel that we have received the same treatments. We have had several hostile conversations with A.I.M Corps. 'manager'. and have been talked to in a very disgusting manner.

Renter May 19, 2013 99.74.225.254 I feel my resolution is fair do to the black mold and all the water that was and still is under the house the garage doors falling apart and how you say the maintenance people that you sent a work order to on april 10 2013 never called us until may 6 2013 so I don't understand how you are going to say they made several attempts I have all the voice mails for proof and I have pictures of all the stuff wrong with the place the pictures I am still trying to upload them but I will have them on here soon
