in december of 2012 i told landlord roof needed replaceing she said she could not afford it so i asked her to save half my rent from dec. till spring that should cover it she said fine. may 2013 i asked her to please fix roof mold was getting bad she said she could not afford it i then recived a eviction note on my door i lived at this location for over nine years never asked for repairs all ways just fixed it my self

Renter May 27, 2013 99.194.134.136 1. i will pay all rent plus pay next several months rent in advance to have my roof fixed .or anything ineed to just to have roof fixed im very flexable the rent is no problem just been trying to negotiate with her since last december 2012 still she says she cant afford it i offered to pay advance rent to pay for it she told me that would come from my pocket not her rent

Explanation: i have been try to get my roof repaird from december till to day i have offerd to pay for roof and pay my rent that much ahead she told me no when i told her i was going to report her she then said gert out im not renting house to you any more i have lived here for ten years and never missed my rent and have my rent now and would gladly pay it and give her next few rent payments in advance to fix roof but she said that would come from my pocket not her rent so then i repoted her 2 days later i got eviction notice.she didnt know i repoirted her already.i offered her rent she said thanks and i still had to get out i think by this point she had got my complaint from rpa.i just want my roof fixed.i have not asked for any outher maintence for last 10 years plus she has 4 houses ran from my water pump but i did not complain about that just need little understanding from her she is being very hard to deal with.
