COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

The carpet in my unit didn't need replacing, it may have needed cleaning. Landlord replaced carpet because they wanted to, not because it needed it. We took very good care of the unit and always paid our rent on time. I would really appreciate if the charges for replacing the carpet through out was dropped. I did everything I could to leave respectfully, even paying 30 days of rent extra because the landlord wanted a 30 day notice even though my lease was complete. Thank you
