COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

About 5 months after moving in I (Jazmin) see a little bug walking on the rug. I think it's a tic, kill it, and go about my business. When i speak with a neighbor of mine she tells me of how she has bed bugs and she has the exterminator come every Thursday. Later on i realize my continual "rash" has to be more than a rash. That night i check our bed and see 2 bugs under the covers.After calling the landlord they come and spray 3 times. these bugs are still here. Even the neighbor still has em. The whole building floor is covered in rug so even if they're gone, it's not long before they return. and now they're leaving bites on my newborn and my partner and i would just like to move out.
