First of all after I moved in, July 2012, I noticed a muddy spot behind the mobile home I'm renting. It had a sewer smell, I informed my landlord. Nothing was done and about 6 months later I told him again, and informed him of the horrible smell in my house. Here it is July 2013, one year later and now there's a muddy spot on the other side of the mobile home now, and I still have a nasty Odor in my house especially close to the bathroom. I also have been living here this whole time without a working oven. And to top it off people have been spying on me here. I once woke up to girls wanting me to touch myself. My house has been broken into, items have been stolen. Once I came home from work and my bedroom smelled like someone rubbed dirty laundry on my bedroom walls. I've had gas stolen from my truck. I've made reports to the police on just about everything. Gary lives in the mobile home across from mine and has been no help at all. I've made him aware of everything and he has done nothing to help, not even in the areas that he's absolutely supposed to. I've since bought security devices and am looking to move, but this is rediculous and has gone way too far! I have a baby boy to look out for and I'm afraid to be separated from him because of these things and many more!! I would also like to include I've even helped Gary increase the value of his property, I've installed 3 window screens where there weren't any and have a fourth that can be installed, I've installed a working deadbolt when there was a faulty one, I've installed a new door sweep where there was a broken one, and I've put a roof on the front porch when there wasn't one. All at my own expense, all I received off my rent was $40. And the treatment I've received. Thank you for your time and help!
