COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

For several months we have been having trouble with one of our neighbors. We have brought this to the attention of our property manager (Ronnie Braswell) three times, in two months, and thus far nothing has happened. In the side yard( for public use), one of our neighbors has left it trashy and unkempt, which we have reported to the property manager such an act being in violation of the lease. We found dog poop on our back doorstep and reported it to our property manager but nothing was done about that as far as we are aware. Most recently someone wrote "Losers" in blue nail polish on our back doorstep. We are now fed up with the lack of action on part of our property management in enforcing the rules set in our lease.
