when I first moved here I had a issue with my ac not working and also had a issue with peoples garbage from the third floor apartment above me leaking garbage waste onto my patio, this is still a on going problem and not yet have been resolved, the answer I get is always one day next week but that day never comes and now I have this issue with bed bugs which was only treated twice for and now are worse than ever, they are so bad that my children can no longer stay here due to this issue for they are getting bitten so bad.
