I recently moved out of a place I was in for 3 years. I told landlord that I would have carpets cleaned after I had removed everything - I do own a dog. Landlord declined to have me do this as they stated they had someone coming in on tuesday July 30th to do. They are no saying that carpet need to be replaced and that I need to pay for this.
