On monday 8-12-2013 tenant noticed bite marks on arm. Tenant checked around the bed for spiders or other bugs. After little searching it was clear that there was a bed bug infestation. Approximately 30 bed bugs were discovered ranging from larvae to full grown adults. Landlords renting out an apartment that is infested by bed bugs can be in breach of the implied habitability warranty which requires landlords to provide a safe livable unit.  Tenant is 28 weeks pregnant which is cause for concern.
