COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

I first called Ted and advised of the bed bug problem, Antonio the maintenance man came over with spray. I advised that spray is not good for bed bugs it makes them hide deeper in the walls, he stated "I have bed bugs too and it kills them every time!" Antonio left the spray with me then came back & stated Ted advised him to get it back. I then spoke with Ted the following day explained the situation. Ted stated "what do you want me to do about it!" I advised Ted that I've spent so much $ on supplies trying to get rid of the bed bugs & that the whole entire house was infested BAD, in which I've only lived here a couple months so I didn't have the rent $ he sd that was fine. This apartment is so infested it is terrible, I am living out of bags, I vacuum constantly, I have steamed everything numerous times, I have caulked every crack, every hole, bought mattress covers for my king size bed (I bought after I moved in here) & the box springs, I have put Diatomaceous Earth which is a powder that dehydrates the bed bugs all over the house, but no matter what I do it really is worthless as long as the apt's around me have bed bugs they will continue to come back. I really need help my brand new mattress is ruined with blood & feces stains from the bed bugs, they are everywhere it is VERY uncomfortable! This apartment is definitely inhabitable
