COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Living room wall under paint has been molding since April. Paint scraped and wall repainted at least 3 times, but black mold returns. Current, bare wall has been waiting for repairs for 3 weeks. Said workman was coming 8-26-13 but he never showed. Particle-board/ formica counter top crumbling above dishwasher door from steam. Has not been repaired since repair request filed in May. There is no lighting outside when walking up/down stairs to apartments after dark - unsafe and unacceptable. No lighting until inside foyer - last week there was a gray-rat snake in foyer. Weeds are growing up around apartment doors and walls outside. Back door to apartment completely covered with vines - no way out the back anymore. Office won't answer phone and when a message is left, office does not return calls. I don't even know where the actual office is because they only provide a drop box location or online rent payment. I have pictures to support each of these concerns.
