I keep getting roaches in my apartment. I keep a clean apartment--free of trash and food laying around as an effort to avoid this problem. I tell the leasing office when this occurs but the only thing that they do is send out an exterminator who only spends 5 minutes spraying around the apartment and leaving sticky paper. After I found the last roach this morning, I called the leasing office again and told them that the exterminator is not enough and something else needs to be done about this because it is a reoccurring problem. Their reply was to send the exterminator out. Roaches are a problem and I believe that the problem is coming from somewhere else such as within the piping, walls, etc because I have made an effort to prevent roaches from coming in such as using a bug fogger. The roaches are occurring monthly now and my efforts to prevent them is not working. The exterminator does not work, as evidenced by the fact that the roaches keep coming back. I told the leasing office before I renewed my lease that I would like the bug issues resolved before I did renew my lease. Therefore, I would like this problem fixed so I can live in an apartment that does not have this bug problem.
