I complained about a whole in the roof that leaked when it rained, which he never fixed until I gave him a 30 day notice and went to show it to a new tenant and all the paster and paint chips were on the floor. There are about 20 tenants in the building and many of them have complained that it takes him several phone calls and months to get repairs done, if they get done. All the tenants have heard from the previous tenants that he never gives refunds of deposits nor any letters of it and he make stuff up. I had my new wife come over to clean in which we did a very good job of cleaning. he stated via text that it was a mess that it took him 20 hrs to clean and durogatory remarks via text. After now 60 days has gone by and he has not sent any letter or refund. complaint filed with the magistrate for small claims.
