  2. Fix the Toilet
  3. Reimburse for RPA filing fees.
  4. Replace the moldy flooring located in the downstairs area that has absorbed the water.
  5. Provide a discount of $50 per day for each day required to work on the rental.

COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

The toilet in the upstairs bathroom started leaking in June. I called the landlord to request that the problem be fixed right away. The landlord has since not repaired the leaking bathroom, nor have they responded to my calls. I'm noticing black mold that is starting to form on the walls due to the moisture. I really want to get this problem fixed.
