COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

It clearly states in my lease that I will be provided hot water, I have not had hot water all day and will not get it till Monday according to my landlord that is 3 days without hot water which makes this apt. inhabitable. I want it fixed within 24 hours or 20 dollars deducted from my lease each day that I do not have hot water. I pay 600 a month and 600/30 is 20.00 per day. I am going to be forced to go elsewhere to take showers until it is fixed.
