We moved in to the Gallery apartments in Grand Forks ND in June 2013. We brought all of our furnishings from home, where there are no bed bugs. In late September 2013 we were getting biten in the night. I talked to the management and they accused us of bringing in the bed bugs. We have been washing our bedding frequently and vacuuming. We have purchased a bed bug proof mattress cover. Clayton found a bed bug on 11/6/2013 and took it to the apartment manager. At that time they took it more serious and had an exterminator come to our apartment.When the exterminator arrived the first time he went thur our dressers and looked all over our mattress, but could not find any bed bugs. They have been back and sprayed 4 times, the last time was yesterday. on December 2, 2013 we went to talk to the apartment manager because we are still being biten, we spoke with Dan.He was very compative and argumentative that we had brought the bed bugs here. This morning 12/3/2013 we recieved a notice that our mattress was to be removed from the apartment building. They did give us a garage to put the mattress in. We would like to have a mediator get involved because we are not being treated with respect and we feel that is because we are only 20. Since November 6th teh they
