She refuses the give the deposit back and now sent me a letter saying I was using her for 30 months without authorization( she gave me the password many times to use it and not once mentioned a charge for using and after living there for 30 months she tries to charge me for this. It so funny I think she is going crazy or losing it) and left stains in parking lot (there about 30 cars coming in/out of parking lot every hour) and now is making up more stuff just to keep from paying my deposit back because we did have many issues with the rundown apartment complex. The dishwasher never worked the whole time we lived there and all the appliances except the stove are from the late 80's. I work for FAA and its listed in OKC as a FAA apartment but everybody hates the apartment complex and the manager. I can scan in the letter to send this to you because it so stupid its funny. I have all the pictures and a witness that lives in the apartment to validate how clean and neat we left the apartment.
