hi my name is kymona love , I have applied to Woodberry woods apartment. I got approve after under going countless time visiting the complex site, I would have to take time of work and get papers that was needed. The office staff was never professional in giving me instruction on what was needed to be done to get approve I would have to go up there just, so I would know what they need. after I got approve they told, me all was needed was my deposit I never sign a lease or any just, a receipt saying that I had paid the security deposit. after I had paid the deposit they gave me a move in date which I was suppose to move in I then proceed to go up there and told them two months in advice that I won't be able to move in due to family emergency. I had ask for my deposit back she said, no I couldn't get it back I ask her why she never explain why.
