COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

The charge of $150 for bed bug treatment needs to be removed from my rent account. It is not a valid charge. I still have bed bugs and I am still being bitten. As far as I am concerned the fumigator was incompetent or is in collusion with Tuli realty and they did not do their due diligence in finding out whether I have bed bugs or not. I don't even care about them fumigating any longer I just want the charge taken off and I will most certainly be moving!

Renter Jan 18, 2014 76.116.131.207 All I will say to your claims of "false requests" is if you are going to include dodgy terms in your contracts you had better do your due diligence to make sure you have covered all your bases. It is either you are in collusion with the so called exterminators or you chose them based on price (cheapest!) without taking competence into consideration. You are well known in the whole building as being slum landlords who always try to shirk your responsibilities. You don't turn on the heating till there are complaints to the city. You can't be arsed with doing minor repairs. Now we can add this to the long list of things you are rather incompetent at. I will be sure to pass this little tit bit on to the other residents that once they have bedbugs they better take pictures and keep the bugs they find otherwise Tuli realty will try their hardest to shirk their responsibilities! (once again!). This is why a lot of your tenants don't stay very long! I will just let my money do the talking and spend it elsewhere!
