COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Rental property will not acknowledge that I am being released from my assignment on 4/12 under contract charges over 1700.00, Emails prior to me signing lease show that I am a contract worker and deployed to this area, the second i found out my last day I advised apartments this was on 3/16 person in the office didnt have me sign anything i went back on 3/24 to sign notice to vacate, and was told that I needed a letter from my employer, i got 2 letters from employer and was told that it is not a termination, advised that my last day is 4/12 in advance. Apartment complex knew, I wasnt to stay in the Duluth GA area, I had to provide copy of Mortgage payments before i moved in . Now that I am leaving going back to Texas I was told that i dont qualify for the employment waiver on the lease agreement, If they knew i was a contractor and have copies of the the deployment papers, mortgage information and emails from Texas to there represents & 2 letters from employer advising of my last day should be enough to terminate lease. How do they benefits in the small print in the lease agreement stating that verbal information doesnt count.
