Before moving into the home on 30 sellers ave I was given permission to make some repairs at my own expense due to the lack of a fresh coat of paint and some holes in the walls. While painting the home at 30 sellers ave I discovered bed bugs around the wood work in preparation to finish painting. After taking photos I then called the landlord Mr. Lukwinder Singh to report the problem. He stated that I already signed the lease and there was nothing he could do because he was leaving for vacation for one month. I explained I was not comfortable moving my family and belongings into the home. And kindly asked him to return my deposit so that I may find suitable housing for myself and children. Due to it not being a habitable and safe environment for myself and children. He seem very unwilling to return my deposit or treat the problem.
