I sent an email to the Management Company, Noah on 3/18/2014 regarding the problems in the refrigerator. The Management Company responded that they are waiting for owners response. After two weeks I sent them a final notice and requested them to take the action ASAP. Now it is almost over three weeks and nothing has done so far. The refrigerator has water leak inside. Also some yellow liquid is constantly leaking into my food. I have two kids. I am really worried if I am feeding clean food to my children.

Renter May 11, 2014 71.178.225.236 1.As a tenant I want to know why the case will close if either parties dont response with in a week. I (as a tenant) file a complaint and paid for the services while landlord is not responding. How come the agency is not taking any action against the landlord. What was the purpose of this complaint. if the agency cant do anything. Did I waste my money and time for no reason??
