I was confronted by my neighbor at approximately 6:37 in the morning, on April 27, 2014. He was threatening me and stated that he will have me evicted from my apartment because I am too loud. He was holding a aluminum bat in his hand as he continued to harass me. Using foul language and compleatly ignoring what I had to say about the matter. He even stated " why are you hiding behind your door?" which I was doing for my own safety. I continued to listen to him for a little over 3 mins and then his girlfriend came to the door and he went back in to his apartment.
