After 6 years now the Forest Creek Apartments the complex want me to pay a pet deposit which was not required to pay at the time I moved into the complex. Every year when I renewed my lease, it does not state a pet deposit. They are saying this is a policy. I understand policies but in this case I been there over 6 years and was not required to pay now they want me to pay $300. My lease renewal I just signed on March 12, 2014 does not have a pet deposit in it. Now they are telling me to pay by May 2nd or get evicted.
