My family and I discovered we had bed bugs, we went to Patty about it and she told us to have an inspection done. It was found that all 4 apartments had bed bugs as well as the manager's office. WE have statements from our last land lord and everybody that helped us move that says they don't have any bed bug problems, which we relayed to patty, however, she still wants us to pay the entire clean up cost which is 6380.00 even though it can't be proven where the bugs originated from
