COMPLAINT : Continual Infestion Of Bed Bugs
Fair Resolution according to renter :
  1. I Should Not Have To Pay $500 for a second treatment
  2. my rent to be reduce back to what it originally was since it now appears bedbugs did not come with me
  3. i should be reimbursted for lodgeing with a co-worker,food,gas,and shelter
  4. i would like 2-3 months of my rent prorated so i can pay off extra expenses this has cost me.

I moved into what i thought was a newly renovated apartment that apeared to be more of a toucH up. after two weeks of being there, i began to notice a bed bug infestion. after speaking with the landlord, he said he wasn't wholly responsible, but would split the cost which raised my rent from 495 to 615, for the next 6 months until my half was paid off. two more weeks after treatment, the bed bugs have returned and i am being told that I HAVE TO PAY $500, FOR ANOTHER TREATMENT. the treated my apartment and mines alon. nor did they check adjacent apartments for bedbugs eventhough it an apartment building in which the can travel through wall,conduits,and vents. I even pointed out the there is a clear build up of bed bugs along the cieling,which to be denotes that another apartment might also have them. this along with a list of repairs are yet to be handle.
