I was a resident of Royal Crest Nashua from August 2012 - July 2014. I moved out of the apartment in July 2014. The leasing office is charging me $900 of carpet damages charges. They are saying that there were dirt stains on the carpet and they had to replace the entire carpet due to it. There were no other damages such as holes or liquid stains noticed by leasing office on carpet. I am surprised by these charges as a regular steam cleaning should have taken care of the dirt stains on the carpet. So, I am not sure if they even tried to steam clean the carpet properly. Also, the carpet was not new when we moved in August 2012. So, it looks like Sandra decided to replace the whole carpet as the carpet was already at the end of its life and pushed the charges for the new carpet to me under the pretext of carpet damages. I would like to claim my monies from Royal Crest Estates.
