COMPLAINT DETAILS (from renter)

Landlord knowingly rented me a apartment in a bedbug infested building without disclosing this fact to me upon my signing of lease Due to improper extermination the infestation has spread threwout the building resulting in several tenants moving out and new tenants moving in unaware of the problem causing a never ending battle Since I have found bedbugs in my home on the floors next to my sons bed and also underneath mine I am now paying rent for a home I refuse to stay in with my children unless the landlord does a structual fumigation to the entire building and wipes this infestation out immediately,the landlord refused and wants to stick with his unsuccessful methods and agreed to let me out my lease Now I am basically homeless while under the pressure of looking for a new home before my kids start school and am now forced to pay unnecessary & unexpected moving,fumigation, and possibly storage fees aside the money I am paying a friend to allow my children and I to stay in her home until I find a new place
